(A) Any new street developed in a subdivision by a private developer and dedicated to the town shall have a street tree plan approved by the Plan Commission and post a bond for future installation of the plan. This requirement is added to the list of subdivision regulations.
(B) Entry monuments, signage, and landscaping around same shall be platted and built on a common property not privately owned by any single homeowner in that subdivision and maintained by the POA.
(C) All subdivision entrances shall be lighted by town approved street lighting.
(D) Each subdivision entrance shall have a landscape plan approved by the Plan Commission.
