§ 30.16 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   (A)   Special meetings of the Town Council may be called by the President or by any two Council members upon written request signed by the President or any two Council members.
   (B)   (1)   The notice shall contain the purpose of the meeting and the purpose may be stated in general terms to include any and all business regularly to come before the Council.
      (2)   The notice may be served by the President or any Council member or the Clerk-Treasurer; provided, however, that the notice shall be served at least 48 hours prior to the time that the meeting is to be held. The notice may be served by delivering a copy thereof to the members of the Council, or by leaving a copy thereof at the residence of the Council member.
   (C)   Written notice of a special meeting shall not be required if the time and place of the special meeting has been fixed at a regular meeting and if all Council members are present at a special meeting.
