§ 110.01 PEDDLING, HAWKING, VENDING, OR SOLICITING PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful and prohibited for any person to carry on the business or activity of peddling, hawking, vending, or soliciting, on any public street or way within the town, at any time. This prohibition does not extend to lawful business activities which occur within the town but acts to prohibit such activities from occurring from within the public ways and/or streets.
