§ 153.01 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   The Indiana Legislature has in I.C. 36-7-4 and I.C. 14-28-4 granted the power to local government units to control land use and floodplain regulations within their jurisdictions. Therefore, the Town Council of the Town of Winfield does hereby adopt the following floodplain management regulations.
