§ 92.05 DANGEROUS AND RECKLESS DOGS.
   The licensed owner's of dangerous and reckless dogs as defined in § 92.01 shall be responsible for the payment of all violations of this chapter, the Indiana Code, and the Indiana Administrative Code by such dogs.
