(A) Violation of this chapter shall subject the violator to a fine of no less than $25 and no more than $2,500 for each violation.
(B) Appearance in court. Both the minor child and the parent, guardian, or custodian charged with a violation of this chapter, and the curfew regulations established herein shall appear in the court of jurisdiction of the chapter violation where situated.
