§ 91.24 DISCONNECTION OF UTILITIES; FIRE HAZARD.
   In cases where a fire hazard is found by a Bureau officer or inspector which constitutes immediate danger to human life due to defective electrical or gas fixtures or connections, the inspector or officer shall immediately disconnect or shut off the appropriate utility service at the nearest safe disconnect or shut-off. A written notice shall be placed at the point of disconnect or shut-off stating: “Disconnected by Order of the Fire Department. Do Not Remove this Notice or Reconnect Service Without Fire Department Approval. If determined appropriate by the Chief or Bureau Director, the utility provider shall be notified of the violation to provide a complete disconnection of service.
