In cases where violations, including but not limited to structural damage by fire or explosion, are sufficient to constitute a significant danger to human life and cannot be remedied by immediate repair, the Chief shall place a conspicuous notice on the property with a sign stating Condemned by Order of the Chief of the Fire Department.
