§ 91.22 INSPECTION COPIES TO BUILDING ADMINISTRATOR; VIOLATIONS NOTICE.
   (A)   The Bureau shall provide copies of relevant inspections to the Building Administrator for structures, fire hydrants, and related appurtenances under construction or being remodeled under a location improvement permit issued by the town or prior to release of a performance bond held by the town for improvements covered by this subchapter or the Fire Code. The Bureau and the Building Administrator shall create and maintain a list of inspections deemed relevant to this section.
   (B)   The Bureau shall also notify the Building Administrator if, during the course of its normal inspections, it is suspected that other building code violations beyond the authority of the Bureau may exist which should be examined by the town’s building inspectors. Likewise, the Building Administrator shall notify the Bureau of any suspected Fire Code violations which the town’s building inspectors may find in their normal course of business.
   (C)   The Building Administrator may withhold issuance of a certificate of occupancy, if requested by the Bureau, due to violations of this subchapter, including unpaid Bureau inspection fees.
