§ 91.21 REQUIRED INSPECTIONS.
   It shall be the duty of the Bureau, by its officers and inspectors, to inspect, as often as necessary to determine compliance, all outdoor fire hydrants and related appurtenances, and all buildings and structures including those under construction, except the interiors of occupied private dwellings, for the purposes of:
   (A)   Ascertaining and causing to be corrected any condition likely to cause a fire or explosion, or any other violations of the Fire Code relevant to the structure;
   (B)   Inspecting any manufacturing process, distribution, or storage facility which utilizes the following: pressurized gases, chemicals, explosives, flammable materials, and any other hazardous materials;
   (C)   Inspecting sprinkler systems, portable or permanent fire extinguishing devices, and any appliance designated by the Chief necessary to enforce the Fire Code;
   (D)   Inspecting commercial structures and places of assembly for maintenance of Fire Code required egress exits;
   (E)   Investigating complaints concerning violations of this subchapter or the Fire Code; and
   (F)   Issuing and posting notices of Fire Code violations.
