§ 91.18 RECORDS.
   The Bureau shall maintain records of all its inspections including dates, summary of violations, if any, which are found to exist, the date of serving notice of violations as required by this subchapter, together with memorandums of final disposition of all violations found to exist, and all other records and transactions of the Bureau, including facts concerning fires and pertinent statistics. The records of the Bureau shall be open at all times to be inspected by the Town Council. The Bureau shall maintain records of all orders and notices issued.
