§ 91.16 DIRECTOR.
   The Chief shall designate an officer or member of the Fire Department as Director of the Bureau. The Chief may delegate executive powers as he or she deems necessary to the Director to conduct the duties of the Bureau. The Director shall hold office at the sole discretion of the Chief.
