§ 91.15 ESTABLISHMENT.
   The town Fire Prevention Bureau, hereinafter referred to as the Bureau, is hereby established. The Bureau shall be operated under the supervision of the Chief of the Fire Department having primary responsibility for fire protection in the town, hereinafter referred to as the Chief. The Chief is designated as the executive officer of the Bureau.
