(A) The town hereby adopts the burning rules and regulations of the state, as established by the state General Assembly and promulgated by the state Department of Environmental Management pertaining to burning regulations for the town. I.C. 13-15 et seq. and 13-17 et seq., as amended, and 326 I.A.C. 4 et seq. are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference herein as if the same were fully set forth herein.
(B) Subject to 30-days' notice to residents before implementing fines.
