§ 36.16 COMPOSITION.
   The Sanitary Board established under subchapter shall consist of the municipal executive (Town Council President) and two persons appointed by the Town Council, one of whom must be a registered professional engineer. The Town Council may not appoint any paid or unpaid municipal officer or employee to the Sanitary Board.
