§ 36.15 ESTABLISHMENT.
   The Town Council hereby establishes the Sanitary Board of the town and transfers to it the powers and duties heretofore held by the Town Council concerning construction, acquisition, improvement, operation, and maintenance of present and future sewage works within the town.
