§ 36.04 LENGTH OF APPOINTMENT.
   The original Redevelopment Commissioners appointed shall serve until the first day of January in the second year after their appointment. Thereafter, each Commissioner shall serve for one year from the first day of January until his or her successor is appointed and qualified.
