The entire corporate territorial boundaries of the town are declared and defined as follows: Sections 1, 12, and 13 and the north half of Section 24 (lying north of 129th Avenue), all in Township 34 North, Range 8 West of the Second Principal Meridian; and also Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 17, and 18 and the north half of Sections 19, 20, and 21 (lying north of 129th Avenue), all in Township 34 North, Range 7 West of the Second Principal Meridian in the county, containing 7,680 acres, more or less.
