§ 155.039 APPLICABLE ONLY TO RESIDENTIAL ZONED SUBDIVISION.
   The provisions of this section shall apply to all subdivisions zoned residential including planned unit developments, and shall not apply to business, shopping center, industrial or planned unit development commercial zoned subdivisions.
