(A) The Town Council hereby repeals all current employee policies, manuals, ordinances, and regulations currently existing and in effect; and further hereby replaces them with the Employee Policy Manual, as revised August 2023, for all non-elected employees of the Town of Winfield, attached as Exhibit “A” to Ord. 353, and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full herein.
(B) Upon the adoption of Ord. 353, the Town Council hereby requests the Town Clerk-Treasurer and the Town Administrator provide a copy of the updated and revised Employee Policy Manual to current and future non-elected town employees, who shall acknowledge its receipt as a condition of employment.
