§ 36.01 ESTABLISHMENT.
   There is hereby established a Tree Board for the city, which shall consist of seven voting members who are citizens and residents of this city, and an eighth non-voting member of the City Council. The eight members shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council. Members of the Board shall serve without compensation.
