§ 150.16 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   REFUSE DUMPSTER. Any portable container including dumpster bags used or designed for collection of, transportation of, or disposal of refuse, waste, construction/demolition materials, or the like.
