§ 111.080 ENCROACHMENT PERMIT.
   A franchisee shall be subject to and comply with the additional or supplementary terms and conditions of any encroachment on rights-of-way permit, as may be amended from time to time, with these terms and conditions being incorporated herein by reference and those terms and conditions of franchisee’s encroachment permit deemed a condition of that franchisee’s franchise.
