§ 111.051 FRANCHISES NON-EXCLUSIVE.
   The authority granted by the city in any franchise shall be for the non-exclusive use of the rights-of-way. The city specifically reserves the right to grant, at any time, such additional franchises or other rights to use the rights-of-way for any purpose to any other person, including itself, as it deems appropriate, subject to all applicable laws.
