(A) (1) Franchisees shall comply in all respects with the FCC’s regulations governing equal opportunity.
(2) Franchisees shall also comply with all other applicable equal opportunity government regulations whether federal, state, or local.
(B) Franchisees shall afford equal opportunity in employment to all qualified persons, and no person shall be discriminated against because of race, color, religion, national origin, handicap, sex, or age.
