(A) Upon the failure of the owner of the property to comply with any notice specified herein, the city may file a lien against the property for any unpaid fines, for the actual cost of remedying the situation, and for any attorney costs and filing fees.
(B) The claim shall be in the form of an affidavit signed by the Mayor and shall be recorded in the County Court Clerk’s office and which lien shall bear interest at the rate of 6% per annum thereafter until paid.
