§ 50.37 PRESUMPTION OF LIABILITY ON OWNER OF TRUCK.
   The registered owner of a garbage collection truck being used in violation of § 50.35 shall be prima facie evidence of ownership of the vehicle and of violation of this subchapter by such owner.
