§ 50.07 DEPOSIT IN CITY.
   It shall be unlawful to deposit or permit to be deposited or stored in the city any garbage or refuse, except that the owner, occupant, or tenant of property in the city may store such garbage or refuse as is generated by the normal legal use of his, her, or its property thereon only for such time as is required for normal pick-up and disposal.
