There are two election precincts, known as Windsor Heights 1 and Windsor Heights 2, within the corporate limits of the City for all purposes under the laws of the United States and the State of Iowa.
1. Boundaries – Windsor Heights 1. The boundaries of the voting precinct known as Windsor Heights 1 are as follows:
Commencing at the western boundary line and the south right-of-way line of Hickman Road;
thence extending east along the south right-of-way line of Hickman Road;
thence south along the east boundary line of Lot 1 through 13, Wilshire Manor;
thence south along the east boundary line of Lot 401 through 411, Progresso Plat No 9;
