(a) No minor under the age of fourteen years shall be upon the streets, sidewalks, parks or other public places in the Village between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day.
(b) No minor fourteen years of age or older and under the age of sixteen years shall be upon the streets, sidewalks, parks or other public places in the Village between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day.
(c) No minor sixteen years of age or older and under the age of eighteen years shall be upon the streets, sidewalks, parks or other public places in the Village between 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. of the following day.
(d) The provisions of the subsections (a) through (c) hereof shall not apply to any minor accompanied by his or her parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor or when the minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his or her parent, guardian or other adult person having care and custody of the minor.

(e) No parent, guardian or person having custody of a minor under age of sixteen years shall permit any such minor to be on any street, alley or public way as set forth in subsections (a) and (b) above.
