351.15  TIME LIMITS ON CERTAIN STREETS.
   (a)   No person, firm or corporation shall park a motor vehicle or permit the same to stand for more than two hours on the public streets and highways, within a distance of 250 feet from the intersection of Main Street and Center Street.
   (b)   No person, firm or corporation shall park a motor vehicle or permit the same to stand for more than thirty minutes on the public highway known as South Main Street, and within a distance of 300 feet from the north line of the Erie Railroad right of way.
   (c)   This section is not applicable to commercial vehicles when in the active operation of loading passengers or merchandise.
   (d)   This section shall apply only between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and shall not be in effect on Sundays.

   (e)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
