(a) Each employee of a licensed hauler while engaged in the collection of refuse in the Village shall wear a uniform, which uniform shall display the name of the licensed hauler.
(b) Each truck used in the collection of refuse shall display the name of the licensed hauler. (Ord. 983. Passed 5-21-17.)
The license required by Section 943.02 may be revoked by the Village if the holder thereof violates any provision or regulation of this chapter.
