Any full-time Village employee employed from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008, and for each calendar year thereafter, shall receive an educational incentive payment as follows: An additional $0.05 per hour, or the salaried equivalent, shall be paid to any full-time employee with an accredited Associates Degree. An additional $0.10 per hour, or the salaried equivalent, shall be paid to any full-time employee with an accredited Bachelors Degree. An additional $0.15 per hour, or the salaried equivalent, shall be paid to any full-time employee with an accredited Masters Degree.
