(a) All full-time employees of the Village shall have added to their regular compensation a supplemental amount of five dollars ($5.00) per month at the completion of each year’s period of continuous full-time service.

(b) In addition to the hourly rates established a longevity rate for full-time employees (see subsection (a) hereof) shall be applied at a rate of $0.03 per hour per year for hourly employees and $2.40 per pay period per year for salaried employees. Longevity increases will be paid in the pay period which includes the employee anniversary date. Pay increases based upon length of time in the position will be paid for the entire pay period which includes the anniversary of start time.

(c) Full-time employees shall have added to their hourly rate, the supplemental amount divided by four and one-third (4 1/3) weeks per month, and further divided by the established number of hours regularly worked each week. This supplemented hourly rate shall be used in all applications where compensation is determined by an hourly rate.
(d) For the purpose of determining the periods of longevity, all employees shall be credited with starting employment for the Village on the first day of the month in which full-time employment actually began.
