1321.03 PLAN PERFORMANCE BOND.

In addition to any other deposit or fees charged to the applicant, prior to receiving the permit, the applicant shall deposit with the Village a bond in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per acre or fraction thereof, which shall be retained by the Village to secure the completion of the Improvement Plans as approved. The bond shall be in such form as directed by the Village's Solicitor.
