Any plan submitted pursuant to Section 1321.01 above shall be accompanied by a Permit Deposit. The amount of deposit shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), plus any amounts which the Village anticipates it will have to expend in professional fees to complete the review of the Improvement Plan. Before the Village will issue an Installation Permit, the applicant will be required to pay as fees the sum of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), plus all amounts which the Village expended in professional fees in completing the review of the Improvement Plan, less any amounts previously deposited by the applicant.
