The numbers to be erected shall be located on the premises in such a manner as to be clearly visible from the sidewalk and the size of the numbers shall be not less than three (3) inches in height, be of reflective material and affixed to a six (6) inch contrasting background. All buildings shall be numbered in accordance with this chapter.
