1305.02 ENFORCEMENT.

The Village has entered into an agreement with Portage County for the enforcement of the Residential Building Code and the County will exercise all enforcement authority and accept and approve plans and specifications and make inspections necessary within said Village in accordance with the provisions of the Residential Code of Ohio.
