Post performance bond in the amount of five thousand dollars ($5,000) to guarantee restoration of roads, underground utilities, restoration of site and proper maintenance of tanks, structures, equipment and access road. Bond may be reduced to one thousand dollars ($1,000) upon restoration of site and satisfaction for damages to roads, underground utilities and site restoration. This one thousand dollars ($1,000) shall then become a maintenance and final restoration bond upon abandonment of well.
