Private streets shall conform to the Subdivision Regulations for local residential streets except that standards for private streets on which fifteen or fewer dwelling units have immediate access may be modified upon approval of Planning Commission after the Planning Commission obtains a recommendation from the Village Engineer and Fire Chief.
