(a) Parking. Adequate parking facilities, as defined in Section 1135.01
, shall be provided outside the street right of way to meet all the parking needs. The nearest edge of such facilities shall be within 200 feet of the principal permitted use or building. All parking areas shall be separated from the street right of way and from any abutting residential district by a twenty-foot strip of land landscaped and appropriately maintained.
(b) Loading. Every building used for commercial purposes shall have sufficient provisions for truck loading and unloading so that such activity may be conducted completely outside the street right of way.
