(a) Minimum Front Yard Depth. The distance of setback from street right of way shall not be less than forty feet, except that gasoline pumps may be set back not less than thirty feet.
(b) Minimum Side Yard Width. There shall be a side yard of twenty-five feet when adjacent to a residential district and on the side adjacent to the residential district only.
(c) Minimum Rear Yard Depth. There shall be a rear yard not less than thirty feet deep.
(d) Height of Buildings. No structure shall exceed thirty-five feet in height.
