143.02 RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT.

(a) In accordance with the Ohio R.C. 735.271; 735.272; 735.273, Council hereby waives the residency requirement for the position of the Village Administrator.

(b) It is understood and implied between all Village officials that the Village Administrator should attempt to locate within the Village of Windham corporation limits.
