1165.08  MINIMUM LIVING FLOOR AREA PER FAMILY.
   (a)   Single-Family Detached Dwelling Unit.
      (1)    One, two or three bedrooms: 1,000 square feet.
      (2)   Four or more bedrooms: 150 square feet additional per bedroom.
 
   (b)   Two-Family/Single-Family Attached or Multifamily Dwelling Unit.
      (1)   One bedroom: 800 square feet.
      (2)   Two bedrooms: 900 square feet.
      (3)   Three bedrooms: 1000 square feet.
      (4)   Four or more bedrooms: 150 square feet additional per bedroom.
