141.01 AUXILIARY FIREMEN.

(a) There is hereby established the position of auxiliary fireman under authority of Ohio R.C. 737.22 whose duty it shall be to serve in times of emergency and when called into service by the Chief of the Fire Department.

(b) The Mayor, with the consent of Council, shall appoint not more than twenty (20) residents within the Village, who shall serve as auxiliary firemen during the period of their appointment.
