(a) Any charges for the towing and/or storage of any property seized pursuant to Federal, State, and /or local law will be the responsibility of the owner of the property, and will have to be paid in full, prior to any release of the property.
(b) Any item of property stored by the Village will have a ten dollar ($10.00) per day charge assessed against it, which must be paid in full to the Village prior to any release of that property.
