139.06 ANNIVERSARY DATE.

   (a)   The date an officer is sworn in shall be the acknowledged anniversary date of that officer’s employment.

   (b)   Employment applications and payroll tax forms must be completed and filed with the Mayor, who will turn them over to the Fiscal Officer, prior to being sworn in.
