(a) Buildings erected, altered, moved, razed or converted, or any use of land or premises carried on in violation of any provision of the Zoning Ordinance are declared to be a nuisance per se.
(b) The Zoning Inspector shall inspect each alleged violation and shall, in writing, order correction of all conditions which are found to be in violation of the Zoning Ordinance.
(c) All violations shall be corrected within a period of thirty days after the written order is issued by the Zoning Inspector. Violations requiring longer than 30 days must be approved by the Planning and Zoning Board. Any violation not corrected within a specified time period shall be reported to the Village Solicitor who shall initiate prosecution procedures with automatic violation fee of $50.00.
