(a) Upon presentation of proper authorization or release, the following fees shall be charged and collected for services rendered by the Police Department which services are rendered
to other than law enforcement officials of the City or County, agents of the Department of Justice of the United States, any official agency of the United States, any military organization of the United States or any police agency of any political subdivision:
SERVICE FEE (1) Copy of accident report $ .75 per page (2) Copy of crime report $ .75 per page (3) Copy of miscellaneous report $ .75 per page (4) Processing of fingerprint card $ .75 per page (5) File check of name $ .75 per page (6) Copy of photograph $ .75 per page |
(b) The fees herein provided shall be paid into the General Fund of the Village.
