947.03 ACCESS HOURS.

No person shall be within the Village Park boundaries one-half hour after sunset and one- half hour after daybreak, without written permission from the Park Board, except during the months of May, June, July and August of the year the access hours to the Village Park shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
